Job summary

Jobgether seeks a strategic IT leader to direct and own IT operations, security, and cloud infrastructure across the organization. You will oversee end-user services, Microsoft 365, and continuity planning while translating CTO direction into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

You will partner with engineering and people operations on workforce planning and hiring, drive IT budgeting and vendor management, and recruit and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in IT leadership, including 5+ years managing teams.
• Deep experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and security frameworks like SOC 2.

Responsibilities
