Job summary

Atrium Staffing is seeking an Information Technology Director to lead strategic IT initiatives, oversee infrastructure, and drive operational excellence. You will partner with business leaders to align technology with goals and manage both on-premises and cloud environments.

The role requires a track record of 10+ years in IT with 5+ in leadership, strong security governance, disaster recovery planning, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT infrastructure and systems experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with device provisioning and management using Autopilot/Intune, security, and governance.
• Strong knowledge of AD, Azure, VMware, Office 365, policies, scripting, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT strategy, roadmap, and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, performance, and security budgeting.
• Lead IT staff, performance management, and professional development.
• Manage IT budget and resource allocation for cost-effective ops.
• Oversee on-premises and cloud IT systems, networks, and applications.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance across IT domains.
