Job summary

IREX seeks a Director of Information Technology to lead IT operations and technical strategy. You will oversee cloud and infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and integrations, and act as deputy to the CTO for delegated matters.

This role provides hands-on leadership across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Power Platform, ensures security controls and resilience, guides vendors and budgets, and drives cross‑country collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive IT experience with senior responsibility for enterprise technology operations.
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, and modern cloud environments.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, budgeting, and strategic IT governance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise applications portfolio, integrations, and standardization.
• Develop and implement IT strategy, governance, and service delivery models.
• Monitor security controls, continuity, and resilience across multiple countries.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships and budgets.
• Partner with CTO to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
