Job summary

Affinity Group, a fast-growing food sales and marketing agency, is seeking an IT Director to lead day-to-day technology operations across its multi-office workforce in a hybrid environment.

The role covers security, infrastructure, vendor relationships, AI governance, and IT roadmap planning to support the Food Service and Retail divisions. Requires a business‑oriented tech leader with broad systems experience and strong communication across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience managing IT operations, systems administration, or a help desk.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day IT operations across all offices.
• Lead IT help desk and prioritize staff requests.
• Administer core systems (M365, CRM) and manage upgrades.
• Maintain security, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party risk.
• Plan IT budget and tool evaluations.
• Lead technology rollouts and training.
• Govern AI tools and governance policies.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Operations on tech needs.
• Document systems and provide staff security training.
