Job summary

Village Pub Management Inc. seeks a Corporate Director of IT to lead technology operations across Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery and Village Pub locations in Las Vegas.

The role drives IT strategy, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency to enhance guest experiences while aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate has extensive IT management experience in hospitality/gaming, cloud and on-prem infrastructures, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• PMP, CCNA, CompTIA or similar certifications desired.
• 5+ years in IT leadership within hospitality/gaming sectors.
• Experience with virtualization and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, GDPR, CCPA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud, networks, and databases.
• Lead cybersecurity initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
• Mentor and build a high-performing IT team.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and audits.
