You will guide the IT team, document processes, and align technology solutions with business outcomes to enhance guest experience.

The role requires a strong background in enterprise IT management, vendor relationships, budgeting, and the ability to develop and motivate teams to achieve goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar field.
• Minimum of 10 years of IT systems management experience within a large enterprise.
• Preferred certifications Comp Tia A+, Network+, Security+, MTA, CCENT, MCSA.
• Ability to obtain a valid Racing License.

Responsibilities

• Maintains IT system and application support for the property.
• Collaborates with the CDI Corporate team to implement IT initiatives.
• Lead internal/external projects to deliver and integrate new business systems and processes.
• Manage timelines, expenses, and expectations of IT projects.
• Maintain guest service standards and uphold Derby City Gaming values.
