Ellis Island Casino, Hotel & Brewery is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at The Village Pub Restaurant in Las Vegas, NV. You will drive guest experience, lead a diverse team, and ensure profitability while complying with gaming regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Extensive food and beverage knowledge across front- and back-of-house operations.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Experience in regulated environments within restaurant or gaming properties.
• Proven track record in managing restaurant operations, financials, and staff performance.
• Ability to coach diverse teams and keep guests as a top priority.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain Nevada health, TAM, and non-gaming cards.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations including front-of-house, back-of-house, and bar.
• Ensure services meet or exceed quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, compliant, and welcoming environment in alignment with health and safety standards.
• Oversee food preparation, quality control, and service for top-notch dining experiences.
• Train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of staff including chefs, servers, and bartenders.
• Schedule and supervise staff to maintain peak and off-peak service levels.
• Coach team members and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Develop initiatives to enhance guest engagement and loyalty, including events.
• Manage restaurant budget, labor costs, food costs, and inventory control.
• Analyze financial reports to assess profitability and identify opportunities for improvement.
