Qualifications

• Outstanding relationship-building, writing, editing, interviewing and content development skills.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, human resources, education or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a healthcare field and 5 years of experience designing and delivering communication materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop communication plans, write articles, craft newsletters, and create content for UCHealth intranet and external sites.
• Provide expert counsel on employee communications, workplace experience, and engagement strategies for diverse audiences.
• Develop content and materials to support organizational goals and mission.
• Ensure internal messages align with external marketing efforts and collaborate on graphics and distribution.
• Analyze communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and sound judgement.
