Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in developing and implementing strategic communications for organizational goals.
• 5+ years writing across formats with an audience-first approach; writing test required.
• 5+ years in audience identification and engagement.
• Advanced proficiency in AP style, proofreading and copyediting.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic communications.
• Strong critical thinking and good judgment; proactive and diligent.
• Deep understanding of Colorado communities and health equity focus.
• Willingness to travel and work outside regular hours.
• Spanish-speaking experience is a plus.
