UCHealth seeks an Internal Communications Strategist to serve as a strategic advisor, content creator, and writer for the IT communications team. You will partner with leaders to develop and execute comprehensive plans that advance technology initiatives and digital adoption.

You will translate complex technical topics into clear messages for diverse audiences, develop engaging content, and ensure consistency with external marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Outstanding relationship-building, writing, editing, interviewing, and content development skills are required.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear messages for employees and varied audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, HR, education or related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Develops communication plans, writes news articles, crafts newsletters, and creates content across intranet and external sites.
• Provides counsel on employee communications, workplace experience, and engagement strategies.
• Develops materials to support organizational goals and missions.
• Ensures internal messages align with external marketing efforts and coordinates with graphics/media teams.
• Analyzes communication effectiveness and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Works in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
