The successful candidate will have strong writing skills and at least 3 years of relevant experience. C4HCO offers a competitive salary range of $79,310 - $99,910, along with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in policy communications or public relations.
• Experience collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working under pressure and adapting quickly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic communications aligned with organizational priorities.
• Craft a range of written communications including memos and press releases.
• Contribute to rapid-response communications during Open Enrollment.
