UC San Diego Health seeks a Senior Communications Manager, Team Member Engagement, to develop internal communications strategies that inform, engage and support team members across the health system. This role partners with senior leaders to amplify achievements, promote belonging and a collaborative culture.

You will create plans and briefs, draft content for internal channels (SharePoint, Emma, Teams), coordinate reviews, and execute multichannel campaigns that drive action and participation

Qualifikationen

• Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training, OR a bachelor's degree in a related area plus five (5) years of related experience/training.
• Demonstrated knowledge of strategic planning for various media venues and effective applications.
• Advanced knowledge of communications technology and ability to guide technical staff.
• Strong understanding of the organization’s mission, goals, policies and infrastructure.
• Ability to create and implement long- and short-term strategic communication plans.
• Ability to advise leaders on a wide range of communications needs.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
