Job summary

UC Health seeks a Senior Consultant to provide strategic marketing and communications services across projects and service lines. The role leads campaigns, manages timelines, and serves as the primary liaison for Marketing & Communications with leadership teams.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in journalism/communications/marketing, 6–10 years of experience (11–15 preferred), and strong MS Office, writing, and AP style skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing or relevant field. M.A./M.S./M.B.A. preferred.
• Six to ten years of experience required; eleven to fifteen years preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, writing, marketing planning and AP style.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes marketing and communications plans and budgets that support overall strategic and business development plans.
• Skillfully manages multiple campaigns, projects and events while adhering to tight schedules.
• Builds relationships with key constituents as the point of contact for Marketing & Communications.
• Provides strategic marketing and communications counsel to UC Health leadership for specific service lines and clinical areas.
• Provides leadership and guidance to junior staff members or interns.
