Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing).
• 3+ years of relevant experience; 5 years in corporate/internal communications preferred.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and distribution of internal newsletters and employee communications.
• Create compelling content including articles, announcements, leadership messaging, employee stories, email campaigns, multimedia content, scripts, and profiles.
