Charles IT is seeking a knowledgeable Technical Client Advisor to serve as a trusted partner to assigned clients, connecting their business goals with technology strategy while providing guidance on technical challenges, escalations, and long-term IT planning.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who builds lasting client relationships, collaborates effectively across teams, and brings exceptional organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management, or technical leadership
• Demonstrated experience in strategic IT planning, technology budgeting, and working directly with C-suite executives and business leaders
• Relevant industry certifications, such as MCSA, VCP, or CCNA, are preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor, aligning client IT strategies with business objectives and long-term growth plans
• Communicate technology recommendations, risks, and strategic initiatives to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Assess client environments to identify opportunities for improved security, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain IT roadmaps, lead strategic business reviews, oversee technology budgets, and support compliance initiatives
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic guidance, issue resolution, and escalations
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to identify client needs, define project scope, and prioritize technology initiatives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to internal team members while promoting collaboration across departments
• Ensure client technology strategies align with industry best practices, security standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
