Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Organizational Change Manager in Charlotte, NC to partner with clients and CLA project teams on data, technology, process, and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on shaping change strategies, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, coaching, and adoption measurement for sustainable outcomes.

The candidate will lead change readiness, roadmaps, and governance across programs, collaborating with client leaders to integrate change

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, organizational development, communications, HR, change management, or related field.
• Four years of experience in organizational change management, project management, transformation consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, organizational readiness, adoption, or resistance management.
• Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and project lifecycle approaches.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand strategic objectives, stakeholders, and risks in large-scale transformations.
• Assess change scope, complexity, readiness, and employee impacts to shape the change approach.
• Develop and implement employee-focused change strategies to increase adoption and proficiency.
• Create integrated change management plans covering engagement, communications, training, sponsorship, and coaching.
• Facilitate readiness, planning, alignment, and team effectiveness workshops.
• Develop change roadmaps, timelines, project plans, and adoption measures.
• Collaborate with client leaders and CLA teams to integrate change activities into programs.
• Monitor progress, adoption, resistance, and risks, adjusting strategies for sustainable outcomes.
