Enterprise Community Partners is seeking an IT Assistant Director, Business Relationship Manager to align technology initiatives with organizational goals. You will build executive-level partnerships, shape IT service roadmaps, and drive value across the enterprise.

You will influence senior leaders, guide demand, and translate business needs into technology outcomes, ensuring strategic investments deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and impact.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Business Relationship Management experience.
• 5+ years in IT/management leadership roles with exposure to the C-Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; BRM certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with business and technical partners.
• Define and prioritize IT services and roadmaps with executive sponsors.
• Measure service delivery with key metrics and drive improvements.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to organizational leadership and partners.
• Translate business strategy into IT strategy and roadmaps.
• Facilitate governance and decision making with partners and IT leadership.
• Plan and communicate impact of IT changes on operations.
