Job summary

ITF Therapeutics LLC is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support G&A functions, acting as the main liaison between business stakeholders and IT. You will partner with Finance, HR, and Legal to deliver strategic technology solutions and coordinate enterprise initiatives.

The role focuses on U.S. operations with global IT collaboration for system configuration, implementation, and optimization in a regulated Life Sciences environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in IT Business Partner, Business Systems Analyst, Solution Lead, or similar role.
• Experience partnering with Finance, HR, and Legal organizations.
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise business applications in a corporate environment.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple business functions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT Business Partner for Finance, HR, and Legal functions.
• Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional solutions and partner with global IT teams.
• Lead and coordinate technology initiatives for G&A, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across U.S. and global orgs for system enhancements.
• Support enterprise applications lifecycle—from requirements through deployment and optimization.
• Coordinate with vendors and partners as needed to deliver solutions on standards and governance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
