Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive IT/Development domain experience in pharma or life sciences industry.
• Experience as IT Business Partner, product owner, application leader, or program manager.
• Knowledge of Development platforms and data needs across Clinical Development, Regulatory, Safety, and Medical Affairs.
• Experience with Veeva RIM/CTMS or similar regulatory and clinical platforms.
• Familiarity with pharmacovigilance systems (Oracle Argus) and analytics tools (SAS).
• Knowledge of clinical data sources, standards, reporting, and visualization approaches.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT Business Partner for multiple Development functions.
• Translate business priorities into multi-year technology roadmaps and delivery portfolios.
• Lead requirements definition, solution evaluation, and prioritization for Development technology initiatives.
• Provide SME for development apps, data capabilities, and integration projects.
• Partner with stakeholders to optimize platforms like Veeva RIM/CTMS and Oracle Argus.
• Ensure validation, data integrity, privacy, security, and records management in regulated systems.
• Oversee lifecycle activities, release management, vendor upgrades, and incident handling.
• Drive user adoption through engagement, training, and change management.
• Enable scalable, secure, and compliant solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor emerging technologies and applicable opportunities for Development.
