Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development, and HR.
• Experience in growth-stage companies; biotech/pharma experience a plus.
• Strong use of talent analytics to drive workforce decisions.
• Excellent communication, project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end talent acquisition across functions and hiring strategies.
• Develop onboarding programs to accelerate integration and productivity.
• Design and measure leadership development initiatives to strengthen leadership.
• Oversee performance management, succession planning, and talent programs.
• Enhance ATS capabilities, create scalable recruiting workflows and analytics.
• Partner with leaders to create development plans and career growth opportunities.
