Job summary

Trinseo is seeking an IT Business Partner to lead IT planning for Finance, Payroll, and Corporate stakeholders. You will translate business needs into actionable IT roadmaps and deliver value across SAP Finance, Concur, BlackLine, ONESOURCE, and Power BI.

The role requires 5+ years in Finance IT with strong collaboration skills and a bias for continuous improvement in a global, fast-paced environment. Hybrid Wayne, PA with office presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/tech field with relevant finance IT experience.
• 5+ years in Finance IT applications and roles with increasing responsibility.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Payroll, Treasury, or Corporate functions preferred.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with tech delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT liaison between IT and Finance, Payroll, and Corporate stakeholders.
• Develop roadmaps aligned with business priorities and IT capabilities.
• Define requirements, evaluate solutions, and support implementation of tech initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with SOX controls and compliance requirements.
• Analyze processes across Finance, Treasury, Tax, Planning, and Controls for optimization.
• Support testing, UAT, issue resolution, and change adoption.
• Influence prioritization of investments and budgets.
• Provide guidance on AI-enabled capabilities and analytics trends.
