Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field with 6+ years related work experience.
• Qualified accountant (CPA), MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in business partnering and analytical storytelling for executives.
• Experience in a large global, highly matrixed organisation; FMCG/tobacco preferred.
• Ability to present data clearly and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail.
• Experience in stakeholder management at a senior level; ability to drive decisions.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Translate financial/operational data into actionable insights to improve sales performance.
• Deliver executive-ready reporting and performance analytics (e.g., SIP, Customer Profit).
• Lead data modelling, trend analysis and forecasting; ensure data integrity and automation.
• Develop visual reports and dashboards to support commercial decisions.
• Partner with stakeholders to connect data sources and transform data for BI.
