ITF is seeking an experienced IT Business Partner to support General & Administrative (G&A) functions. Acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT, this individual will partner closely with Finance, Human Resources, and Legal teams to understand business priorities, recommend technology solutions, and coordinate the successful delivery of enterprise initiatives.
This role is focused on supporting U.S. operations while collaborating with global IT and business teams responsible for configuring and implementing enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines strong business relationship management skills with experience supporting enterprise applications within a regulated Life Sciences environment.

The base compensation range for this role is: $190,000 - $225,000. Compensation is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
