Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to translate business needs into effective technology solutions within IT - Enterprise Platforms Servicing Applications. The role oversees SDLC for enterprise software, partners with product owners in Agile environments, and provides Tier 1 support to critical applications while working remotely from California.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 2-year degree required.
• 5+ years in financial or health services, including technical business analysis, product development and process improvement required.
• Experience in Agile environments or Azure DevOps strongly desired/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle for enterprise-wide software solutions by reviewing, analyzing, and documenting business unit needs.
• Drives efficient joint business/IT requirements and solution discussions with stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders.
• Collaborates with product owners to create product backlog using Agile practices.
• Participates in scrum events such as daily scrums, sprint planning and reviews.
• Provide Tier 1 application support and resolve internal tickets for Enterprise-wide solutions.
