Grant Street Group seeks a business analyst to bridge our developers and clients, wearing many hats in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll solve problems, support clients, and translate needs into concrete product changes while coordinating with multiple teams.

Some travel (10–15%) is required, with opportunities to meet clients in person. You’ll be engaged in requirements gathering, testing, training, and implementations, ensuring the software meets client expectations and delivers value.

Qualifications

• Be a liaison between developers and clients with the ability to wear many hats.
• Strong academic performance and excellent writing ability.
• Willingness to travel 10–15% to meet clients and colleagues.

Responsabilités

• Solve complex problems daily and translate issues into actionable changes.
• Provide proactive client support and act as a subject-matter expert for our SaaS.
• Prioritize features and fixes using a ticketing system, balancing client impact.
• Convey technical specifications to developers and define required changes.
• Test changes in beta environments to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Coordinate implementations for new clients to fit their processes.
• Train clients on the software and assist with onboarding and adoption.
