Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to translate business needs into technology solutions. You will influence software implementations, document requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve operational challenges while bridging business and IT teams.

The role emphasizes Agile practices and enterprise-wide software solutions, with remote work allowed for residents of California.

Qualifications

Associate degree in IT/PM/BA is required.
Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
Equivalent work experience may substitute for a 2-year degree.
5+ years in financial or health services with technical business analysis and process improvement.
Agile experience or Azure DevOps exposure is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversees all aspects of the SDLC for enterprise software; documents business unit needs.
Drives joint business/IT requirements and solution discussions with stakeholders.
Provides high-quality analytical system solutions for key stakeholders.
Identifies software functional gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborates with product owners to create product backlog using Agile.
Creates user stories with acceptance criteria.
Participates in projects as technical subject matter expert from start to finish.
Maintains on-call support and incident management escalation.
Documents process flows and technical requirements with Visio/Word/SharePoint.
Maintains relationships with business, IT, and third-party vendors.
