Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to translate business needs into technology solutions and document requirements for enterprise platforms. You will work with stakeholders to define needs, support software implementations, and resolve operational challenges, bridging business and IT teams.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, maintain process flows and specifications, and provide Tier 1 application support for day-to-day operations while supporting software

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Project Management or Business Administration required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, Management, or related field preferred
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a 2-year degree required
• 5+ years in financial or health services, including technical business analysis, product development and process improvement required
• Experience working in an Agile environment or Azure eco system (DevOps) strongly desired preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversees SDLC for enterprise-wide software solutions and documents business needs, workflows, and requirements.
• Collaborates with product owners to create product backlog using Agile practices.
• Provides Tier 1 application support and resolves internal tickets for enterprise-wide solutions.
• Participates in Scrum events and supports Agile practices.
