CLA is seeking an experienced Manager of IT Business Analysts to lead our IT Business Analysis team in Austin, bridging business needs and technical delivery. You will mentor analysts, shape requirements, and drive design specifications in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with stakeholders, ensure high-quality deliverables, and coordinate with vendors to meet timelines while upholding CLA's standards and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• 8 years relevant experience in business, functional and technical requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with Agile/Lean methodologies and process mapping tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of IT business analysts to translate business needs into design elements and configurations.
• Deliver high-quality specifications, designs, mock-ups, wireframes, and process maps on time.
• Document current and future business processes and related systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
• Mentor analysts and foster collaboration and innovation.
• Coordinate with external vendors to meet budget, scope and schedule.
• Partner with QA to plan testing strategies for new features and upgrades.
