Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Programmatic Build Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to serve as the IT partner for the ARS ETO-Programmatic organization. This role provides strategic leadership across engineering, program management, and build operations to ensure technology enables program execution.

The BRM translates business priorities into roadmaps, drives IT execution, and collaborates with enterprise IT to harvest opportunities for digital enablement and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, business systems, operations, and/or engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT relationship manager for ARS ETO-Programmatic leadership, developing partnerships across engineering, program management, and operations teams.
• Act as the day-to-day IT leader and trusted advisor for programmatic engineering and build operations.
• Drive execution and continuous improvement of IT solutions supporting engineering, product development, and program management processes.
• Partner with the ARS Group BRM and enterprise IT to align technology priorities with broader initiatives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment and adoption activities, ensuring business requirements are represented.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve IT-related issues impacting program execution and productivity.
• Translate business objectives into technology demand, business cases, and project priorities.
• Develop understanding of engineering, manufacturing, and program-management workflows for digital enablement.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Monitor IT performance and service levels to ensure measurable outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence and user adoption of critical systems.
• Maintain accountability for IT outcomes across ARS ETO-Programmatic operations.
