Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Programmatic Build Business Relationship Manager (BRM) to serve as the IT partner for the ARS ETO-Programmatic organization. You will drive IT strategy, partner with engineering and operations, and oversee SAP S/4HANA deployments to support programmatic execution and digital transformation.

The role requires a strong IT business relationship background, 10+ years in IT or engineering, and the ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Ten years of experience in information technology, business systems, operations, or engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT relationship manager for ARS ETO-Programmatic leadership and build partnerships across engineering, program management, and operations.
• Act as the day-to-day IT leader and trusted advisor for programmatic engineering and build operations.
• Drive IT solution execution and continuous improvement for engineering, product development, and program management processes.
• Align divisional technology priorities with broader business transformation initiatives with enterprise IT teams.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment and adoption activities.
• Identify and resolve IT issues impacting program execution and operational performance.
• Translate business objectives into technology demand, business cases, and project priorities.
• Develop understanding of engineering and manufacturing workflows to enable digital transformation.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams for successful implementations.
• Monitor IT performance and service levels to deliver measurable business outcomes.
