Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading IT-business relationships at executive level.
• Strong knowledge of IT strategy and portfolio management.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and agile delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for ELT members; manage portfolio view of requests, in-progress and to-be-staffed initiatives.
• Facilitate clear communication between IT and business stakeholders; prepare regular reports on IT initiatives and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership for 1-3 Demand Managers coordinating across IT towers to define optimal technology solutions.
• Develop relationships with leadership and stakeholders to represent their needs within IT.
• Loster to collaborate with IT departments to align partner needs with IT capacity and priorities.
• Elicit and prioritize business strategy requirements; transfer to IT teams for solution development.
