Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Programmatic Build Business Relationship Manager to serve as the primary IT partner for the ARS ETO-Programmatic organization. The role drives IT execution, translates priorities into roadmaps, and ensures delivery of capabilities enabling engineering, program management, and build operations.

You will partner with ERP teams, manage digital transformation, and ensure alignment of technology with business goals while championing operational excellence and user adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 10+ years in information technology, business systems, operations, or engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT relationship manager for ARS ETO-Programmatic leadership across engineering, PM, and operations.
• Act as the day-to-day IT leader and trusted advisor for programmatic engineering and build operations.
• Drive IT solution delivery and continuous improvement for engineering, product development, and program management processes.
• Align divisional technology priorities with enterprise IT and transformation initiatives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment and adoption activities aligning with business requirements.
