Job summary

Eaton in Raleigh, NC seeks a Programmatic Build Business Relationship Manager to serve as the IT partner to the ARS ETO-Programmatic organization, guiding engineering, program management and build operations. This role translates business priorities into roadmaps and ensures IT capabilities enable program execution.

You will drive IT execution, collaborate with enterprise IT, and support SAP S/4HANA deployment to align technology with divisional objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of IT, business systems, operations or engineering experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IT relationship manager for ARS ETO-Programmatic leadership.
• Act as day-to-day IT leader for programmatic engineering and build operations.
• Drive IT solution delivery and continuous improvement across processes.
• Align divisional technology priorities with enterprise initiatives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment and adoption activities.
• Identify and resolve IT-related issues impacting execution and performance.
• Translate objectives into technology demand and project priorities.
• Understand engineering, manufacturing, and program-management workflows for automation.
• Drive alignment between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams.
• Monitor IT performance and service levels to ensure outcomes.
• Champion operational excellence and user adoption of systems.
• Maintain accountability for IT outcomes across ARS ETO-Programmatic.
