Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology, business systems, operations, process improvement, and/or engineering.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
• Demonstrated experience in IT relationship management and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT relationship manager for ARS ETO-Programmatic leadership, developing partnerships across engineering, program management, and operations.
• Act as the day-to-day IT leader and trusted advisor for programmatic engineering and build operations.
• Drive execution and continuous improvement of IT solutions supporting engineering, product development, and program management.
• Coordinate with enterprise IT to align divisional technology priorities with broader transformation initiatives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA deployment and adoption efforts, ensuring business requirements are represented.
