Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an ITAM & Procurement Manager to lead IT asset management, licensing, and strategic procurement across hardware, software, cloud, and data center assets. You will optimize costs, drive compliance, and manage vendor relationships and audits in a remote/hybrid environment.

The role requires extensive experience with ServiceNow, CLM, and procurement processes, plus strong negotiation, leadership, and governance skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 7–10 years ITAM/SAM/HAM or related enterprise ITAM experience.
• 5–7 years using ServiceNow for assets, licensing, procurement, reporting.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, RFP/RFI, and supplier performance.
• Certifications such as CITAM, CSAM, CHAMP, ITIL, CPSM or related.
• Experience with Microsoft products and PC hardware.
• Strong ITAM, SAM, CLM knowledge and best practices.
• Understanding of software licensing, audits, and license optimization.
• Proficiency in procurement, sourcing, contract administration, vendor mgmt.
• Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Asset Management and Technology Procurement programs lifecycle.
• Oversee hardware, software, cloud, and data center assets and licenses.
• Negotiate software, hardware, cloud, and services agreements for best terms.
• Manage vendor relationships, RFIs/RFPs, renewals, and strategic sourcing.
• Develop policies, controls, and compliance related to assets and procurement.
• Monitor spend, renewals, and opportunities for cost savings.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security and stakeholders on terms and risk.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and staff development.
• Report metrics on license counts, usage, and expenditures.
