Job summary

Eide Bailly seeks an IT Asset Management and Procurement Manager to lead the ITAM program across hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets. You will own lifecycle governance, policy enforcement, and strategic supplier relationships to optimize costs and compliance.

This role partners with Legal, Finance, Security, and business units. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in ITAM/SAM, strong ServiceNow usage, and hands-on contract negotiation experience within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, CS, or related field.
• 7–10 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM or similar enterprise ITAM solutions.
• 5–7 years using ServiceNow for asset management, licensing, procurement, and reporting.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation, vendor sourcing, and RFP/RFI processes.
• Certifications like CITAM, CSAM, CHAMP, ITIL, CPSM or related.
• Experience with Microsoft products and PC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead IT Asset Management strategy and policies.
• Manage asset lifecycle from request to disposal.
• Oversee software entitlements, licenses, and audits.
• Negotiate software/hardware/cloud agreements and vendor terms.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and stakeholders on terms and protection.
• Lead vendor evaluations, sourcing, and contract renewals.
• Monitor spending, renewals, and compliance across assets.
