Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Procurement Manager to lead the organization’s ITAM and procurement programs. You will manage asset lifecycle, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and strategic sourcing to optimize technology investments.

This role requires 7–10 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM, ServiceNow expertise, and strong leadership. You’ll collaborate across Legal, Finance, Security, and IT teams to ensure controls, compliance, and value for the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Management or related field.
• 7-10 years ITAM/SAM/HAM or related enterprise ITAM experience.
• 5-7 years ServiceNow for assets, licensing, procurement, and reporting.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation strategies, vendor sourcing, and supplier performance.
• Professional certifications such as CITAM, CSAM, CHAMP, ITIL, CPSM or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft products and PC hardware.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead IT Asset Management strategy aligned with goals.
• Own asset lifecycle from request to disposal and manage inventories.
• Lead vendor evaluation, sourcing, and contract renewals.
• Negotiate software, hardware, cloud, and services agreements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security and stakeholders on terms and protection.
• Develop and maintain governance, policies, and controls.
