Job summary

Eide Bailly is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) Manager to lead and continuously improve our ITAM and technology procurement programs. This role oversees the complete lifecycle of assets, manages vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and procurement activities to optimize value, control costs, mitigate risk, and ensure compliance across hardware, software, cloud, and services.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/related field.
• 7–10 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM or similar enterprise ITAM solutions.
• 5–7 years using ServiceNow for assets, licensing, procurement and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT Asset Management strategy aligned with goals.
• Establish and maintain ITAM policies, procedures, and controls.
• Own asset lifecycle from request to disposal, including procurement.
• Manage inventory of devices, servers, network, and data center assets.
• Ensure accurate tracking of asset location, ownership, and status.
• Lead software entitlements, licenses, subscriptions, and usage.
• Lead internal/external software audits and remediation.
• Identify cost-optimization opportunities and monitor renewals.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security and stakeholders on terms.
• Negotiate software, hardware, cloud, maintenance agreements.
• Establish vendor relationships and pursue enterprise agreements.
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with budgets and priorities.
• Oversee RFI/RFP processes and vendor selection.
• Mentor and develop staff, ensure timely project delivery.
