Eide Bailly is seeking an IT Asset Management (ITAM) & Procurement Manager to lead the organization’s IT asset lifecycle, procurement processes, and vendor negotiations. The role drives cost optimization, policy enforcement, and compliance across hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM, 5–7 years with ServiceNow, and relevant certifications, with a track record of strategic sourcing and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management or related field; equivalency considered.
• 7-10 years in ITAM/SAM/HAM or similar.
• 5-7 years using ServiceNow for assets, licensing, vendor management, procurement, and reporting.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation strategies, sourcing, RFP/RFI processes, and supplier performance.
• Certifications like CITAM, CSAM, CHAMP, ITIL, CPSM, CSAM preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft products and PC hardware.
• Strong ITAM principles, including hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets.
• Understanding of software licensing models, compliance, audits, and license optimization.
• Knowledge of procurement, strategic sourcing, contract administration, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute IT Asset Management strategy aligned with business goals.
• Establish and maintain ITAM policies, standards, and controls.
• Own asset lifecycle from request to deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Manage inventory of end-user devices, servers, and data center assets.
• Track asset location, ownership, and status accurately.
• Lead software entitlements, licenses, and subscriptions.
• Lead software audits and remediation activities.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and reduce waste.
• Monitor usage, spending, and renewal dates.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Security, and stakeholders on terms and data protection.
• Build relationships with vendors and service providers.
• Negotiate contracts to achieve favorable pricing and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, and audit standards.
• Develop staff and ensure timely project delivery.
