Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience: 2+ years managing staff; 3+ years in a similar IT asset role.
• Strong knowledge of software licensing agreements.
• Experience with IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure IT Hardware, Software, Contracts are consistent and reliable, working with various teams across the organization.
• Provide KPI / Metric information and standardized reporting on a scheduled basis together with unscheduled reporting demanded by management.
• Leverage local IT resources to perform asset management and supervise their performance; design processes relating to software and hardware asset management, execute and enhance them.
• Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to determine trends in asset performance.
• Establish and maintain hardware and software maintenance database.
• Help control costs and budgets regarding IT hardware and software licenses.
