Qualifications

• Five or more years in Information Technology or related area.
• Experience with software licensing and asset management in manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise hardware and software across the organization.
• Own the process for purchasing DT hardware and software.
• Own license renewals for Microsoft, Adobe, IBM and others.
• Coordinate computer lifecycle replacement with end user support and vendors.
• Lead license compliance audit activities.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy for hardware and software inventory.
• Manage PC hardware leases with vendors.
• Develop processes, policies, standards and metrics for IT asset portfolio.
• Analyze KPI/metrics and reporting for DT asset inventory.
• Ensure quality control across asset lifecycles.
• Optimize technology spend with vendor management.
• Research industry best practices in IT asset management.
• Apply continuous improvement to asset spend strategies.
• Reduce waste and maximize existing IT assets.
• Manage incidents and requests for DT asset management in ServiceNow.
• Provide knowledge sharing as SME, including writing knowledge articles and mentoring.
