Cupertino Electric, Inc. is seeking an IT Asset Manager in San Jose, CA to manage daily and strategic asset lifecycles for software and hardware. You will plan, monitor, and record licenses and assets to ensure vendor contract compliance and optimize technology spending across the organization.
You will develop procedures for tracking assets and oversee lifecycle quality, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain reliable hardware, software, and maintenance databases.

Salary Range: $123,750 - $163,000
*This position is eligible for the annual performance bonus plan.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. The IT Asset Manager handles daily and long-term strategic management of software and technology-related hardware. This includes planning, monitoring, and recording software license and hardware assets to ensure compliance with vendor contracts. The individual will help in forming procurement strategies to optimize technology spending across the organization. The IT Asset Manager will also develop and implement procedures for tracking company assets to oversee quality control throughout their lifecycles.
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
Licensure/Certifications: n/a.
Experience: 2 years or more experience managing staff. Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware as well as three or more years’ experience working in a similar role.
