Job summary

Advanced C4 Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Asset Management Analyst to join their team in Northern Virginia. The qualified candidate will perform hardware and software asset management across the full asset life cycle, including software end of life.

You will conduct reconciliations, report generation, trend analysis, and periodic inventories, ensuring compliant assets are securely stored and properly licensed. Strong governance and proactive inventory planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Direct the lifestyle management of IT assets, including procurement and deployment.
• Maintain accurate enterprise hardware and software inventories.
• Develop IT asset management policies, SOPs, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hardware and software asset inventories and reconciliation.
• Prepare semi-annual inventory reports and audits.
• Project hardware and COTS software needs quarterly for three quarters ahead.
