• 5+ years of experience in IT Managed Services or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity: Implement comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect clients.
• Technology Budget Planning: Oversee IT budgets for the client-base.
• Hardware/Software Upgrades and Replacements: Manage client upgrades and replacements.
• Vendor Selection: Oversee vendor selection and management, leveraging F12 partnerships.
• Company Growth and Expansion: Support growth into new markets via strategic IT planning.
• Backup, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity: Implement solutions meeting F12 standards.
• Overall IT Strategy: Develop a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with client objectives.
• Revenue Growth: Contribute to increasing client book of business.
• Outside Sales Support: Assist sales in identifying client needs for solutions.
• Internal Mentorship: Mentor internal team members.
