Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Director of Integrated Program Management to lead BA program management processes, tools, and training, aligning with enterprise policy and EVMS readiness.

The role drives execution excellence, risk management, and leadership of Program Managers and CAMs, coordinating with Corporate IPM and BA executives to deliver on strategic goals within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Typically 10-12+ years of relevant experience; 7+ years demonstrated program management experience.
• Understanding of CAM responsibilities and EVMS requirements; coach program teams and support compliance.
• Full lifecycle program leadership from inception to completion in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own BA program management processes and templates; align with enterprise policy.
• Oversee EVMS readiness and compliance; support IBRs, JSRs, and surveillance.
• Lead and mentor Program Managers, CAMs, and IPM staff to elevate planning and execution.
• Partner with BA executives and Corporate IPM to align needs with policy and tools.
• Identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in program execution.
