Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Director to lead Integrated Program Management, guiding PM processes, tools, and training across the BA. You will drive strategic plans, align with enterprise policy, and motivate program managers to achieve goals while ensuring data integrity and EVMS readiness.

You will partner with Corporate IPM and BA leadership to translate policies into practice, manage risk, and oversee continuous improvement across programs, with global reach and formal training

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of aerospace/defense program management experience.
• 7+ years as primary owner of cost, schedule, and technical on complex programs.
• CAM responsibilities and EVMS experience to coach teams.
• Full lifecycle program leadership in regulated environments.

Responsabilités

• Own BA program management processes and templates.
• Oversee BA risk and opportunity management and integrate with baselines.
• Lead and mentor Program Managers, CAMs, and IPM staff.
• Identify best practices and lead change management tied to corporate priorities.
• Ensure programs have budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
