Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Director of Integrated Program Management to lead program management processes, tools, and training across the Business Area. You will serve as the accountable executive for BA strategy, alignment with corporate priorities, and delivery of value-added outcomes, guiding PMs to achieve goals.

You will oversee EVMS readiness, compliance with DFARS/CAS, and change management initiatives while partnering with Corporate IPM and BA leadership to drive process

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of aerospace/defense program management experience.
• 7+ years as primary owner of cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex programs.
• Knowledge of CAM responsibilities and EVMS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own BA program management processes, templates, gate reviews, and reporting.
• Oversee EVMS readiness, IBRs/JSRs, and corrective actions.
• Lead and mentor PMs, CAMs, and IPM staff to elevate planning and execution.
