Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation in Plano, Texas, seeks a Program Finance Systems Analyst II to administer and optimize IPM and financial systems, collaborating with finance and scheduling teams to support Earned Value Management on a major defense program.

You will configure IPM, manage security roles, and deploy enhancements while mentoring junior analysts and ensuring accurate documentation and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in finance systems, project control, or a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
• Experience in Deltek Cobra and/or other similar IPM software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced administration and maintenance of IPM business software.
• Configure, test, deploy, and optimise IPM software products.
• Address complex end-user needs to deliver high-quality IPM solutions.
• Manage advanced user/role-based security and support.
• Collaborate with application team members and users to ensure effective and optimised use of IPM solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced system-related issues.
• Conduct advanced training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of IPM software.
• Document processes, configurations, and changes to ensure accurate records.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts on best practices and problem resolution.
