Job summary

FedEx Freight, Inc. seeks a seasoned Investor Relations professional to lead communications, develop messaging, and manage engagement with institutional investors. You will translate market feedback to leadership and collaborate across Finance, Legal, and Communications to ensure accurate external messaging.

The role requires building relationships with analysts and portfolio managers, and supporting earnings disclosures in a regulated environment. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Admin, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or related advanced designation preferred.
• Seven (7) years of progressive investor relations and related field experience.
• Three (3) years supporting or leading investor engagement programs.
• Experience communicating with institutional investors, analysts, and executives.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets and securities regulations.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex info.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; interpret financial results and trends.

Responsibilities

• Execute investor relations communications and engagement strategy.
• Lead shareholder targeting and investor outreach initiatives.
• Develop investor materials such as earnings presentations and Q&As.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and buy-side stakeholders.
• Synthesize investor feedback for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications for compliant messaging.
• Support earnings preparation and disclosure activities.
• Analyze shareholder trends to inform engagement strategies.
• Travel as needed and ensure regulatory compliance.
