Job summary

Fervo is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to lead communications with the investment community and coordinate quarterly reporting, disclosures, and investor materials. The role reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Development & Investor Relations and partners with Finance, Legal, and Project Development to translate geothermal technology and growth plans into clear narratives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in investor relations or related capital markets roles.
• Knowledge of SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute against investor communications strategy, drafting and coordinating investor presentations, quarterly reporting packages, press releases, earnings call scripts, investor Q&A materials, briefing documents, and other external materials.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with current and prospective investors, coordinating meetings and timely responses to inquiries.
• Coordinate engagement with equity research and maintain analyst relationships, tracking research coverage and estimates.
• Support development of institutional investor base, including investor targeting, ownership and peer analysis, and conferences.
• Maintain a consistent and compelling investor narrative across external communications aligning with internal strategy.
